Scope
Microsoft Products Technical Support Service was needed for the effective operation of Microsoft-based operating systems and services in the Turkish Grand National Assembly. Activities The institution, which previously worked with Microsoft Premier Support, worked with our company in this data center transition, and in a period of approximately 2 months, the entire infrastructure of the TBMM was updated and the use of the systems could continue without any service interruption. Products such as Active Directory, Exchange, SCCM, SCOM, etc. used by the institution, especially security systems, were renewed. In addition, within the scope of the project, the Microsoft Identity Management product used to synchronize HR data in the Oracle Database with the Active Directory was renewed and its rules were modernized. The use of Azure MFA for secondary authentication was disabled with the installed ADFS and a specially developed adapter and Azure dependency was reduced. In order for users to change their passwords securely, our ARKSSPR product was installed specifically for TBBM.

Scope
Technical support services were provided for Microsoft products and corporate systems were repaired and renewed. Activities Active Directory version upgrade, upgrade of DNS DHCP services, Active Directory security tightening activities were carried out. With our 24/7 support service, technical support was provided for the Microsoft products used by the administration in case of need, and the work was completed in a short time without service interruption. In addition, Exchange SMS integration was provided and an interface was developed for secondary authentication via SMS for Exchange OWQ and ECP panel. Authenticator application has made login processes much more secure.
