TBMM

Scope

There was a need for Microsoft Products Technical Support Services for the effective operation of Microsoft-based operating systems and services in the Grand National Assembly of Turkey (TBMM).
Activities
Previously working with Microsoft Premier Support, the institution collaborated with our company for this data center transition, and within approximately 2 months, the entire infrastructure of the TBMM was updated without any service interruptions, allowing for the continued use of the systems. Security systems, among others, and institutionally used products such as Active Directory, Exchange, SCCM, SCOM, etc., were updated. Additionally, as part of the project, the Microsoft Identity Management product used for synchronizing HR data in the Oracle Database with Active Directory was renewed and its rules were modernized. The use of Azure MFA for secondary verification was disabled through the established ADFS and a specially developed adapter, reducing Azure dependency. Our ARKSSPR product was installed specifically for the TBMM, enabling users to securely change their passwords.

Scope

The DZKK internet email service was provided through a Postfix server. The project aimed to transfer all user accounts, mailboxes, and groups in the email system to Active Directory and Exchange Server servers and to provide the service through Exchange servers.
Activities
The email system, consisting of different components such as Postfix, Dovecot, OpenLDAP, HAProxy, posed a significant problem for the institution due to the complexity of its structure and the lack of support for many years. With our engineering team proficient in all these applications, we managed to transition to Exchange without changing users' passwords or causing any inconvenience to them. Neither manufacturers nor other companies were willing to take the risk of migrating such a complex environment. Our expert team, with a technology-based approach, created unique solutions for the transition of each component, moving to a modern email system. We exceeded expectations without intervening with a single end-user. For every user with a Postfix account, if they did not have an account in the Active Directory system, an AD account and an email mailbox were created for them. After completing identity synchronization, data transfer was carried out to synchronize Postfix email mailboxes with Exchange email mailboxes.
