Proven Track Record with Government Institutions

Scope:

The Turkish Grand National Assembly (TBMM) required technical support services to ensure the effective operation of its Microsoft-based systems and services.

Our Work:

Previously supported by Microsoft Premier Support, TBMM partnered with us during a major data center transition. Within just two months, we successfully modernized the entire infrastructure without causing any service disruption. ​ Core systems including Active Directory, Exchange, SCCM, and SCOM were fully updated. ​ As part of the project, the Microsoft Identity Management (MIM) system — used to synchronize HR data from Oracle databases to Active Directory — was upgraded and its logic modernized.​ ​

We also replaced Azure MFA with a custom-developed ADFS adapter to reduce cloud dependency. ​ To enhance user password security, we deployed our ARKSSPR solution, customized specifically for TBMM.
