Who We Are?

Founded in Ankara in 2017, Arksoft was established by Tahir Emre Esirgen (CEO), Boran Düzgün (COO), and Direnç Önen (CTO), who previously held long-term roles at Microsoft Turkey. Since its foundation, Arksoft has delivered Microsoft-focused consultancy services to more than 200 public institutions and private sector organizations.

Arksoft’s consultancy services include defining corporate information security policies, conducting comprehensive risk assessments, improving identified risk findings, and establishing effective monitoring mechanisms to ensure sustainable security and compliance.

In addition, at its offices located in Hacettepe Technokent, Arksoft develops products entirely with local expertise and resources, focusing on eliminating critical system vulnerabilities and enabling faster, more efficient business processes. What are we looking for?

At Arksoft, quality is at the center of everything we deliver. We’re looking for a Junior Software Test Specialist with up to 3 years of experience who is curious, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in software testing.

If you enjoy finding problems before users do and want to build a strong career in this domain, this role is for you.

Your responsibilities

• Execute test cases and report defects accurately
• Perform functional, UI, regression, and sanity testing
• Support test documentation (test cases, checklists, test data)
• Collaborate with developers to understand feature requirements
• Validate bug fixes and update test results
• Use test management tools effectively
• Support automated and manual testing efforts (review logs, prepare test data)
• Help gather requirements for new tests and document user flows

What you bring

• • Understanding of basic testing techniques and lifecycle
• • Ability to write clear and effective test cases
• • Familiarity with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools
• • Basic SQL knowledge for data validation
• • Basic understanding of APIs and Postman
• • Exposure to automation tools (Selenium / JMeter / Cypress is a plus)
• • Awareness of UX principles and UI defect identification
